She did not want Calloway's at this location. 3 4 Pat Mannhart, 905 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- spoke in opposition. She was concerned about 5 traffic, increased insects, and chemicals. She also thought this location was not appropriate. 6 7 John Cusack, 917 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX - spoke in opposition. He was concerned about 8 traffic. 9 10 Michael Spinozzi, 915 A Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- spoke in opposition. He felt there would be safety issues since there 16 aren't any sidewalks or speed bumps to slow traffic down in his neighborhood. 17 18 Caroline Johnston, 817 Pearl Drive, Southlake, TX- stated she was concerned about drainage and 19 felt there could be chemicals that would be hannful to pets and children. 20 21 Isaac Philip, 821 Pearl Drive, Southlake, TX - stated he was concerned about the chemicals and 22 noise. 23 24 Patti Weber, 823 Pearl Drive, Southlake, TX- wanted to confirm that the Commission received the 25 letters from her neighborhood. 26 27 Debbie Osak, 924 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- felt the traffic was going to be very bad. 28 29 Ann Wilcox, 1012 Diamond Blvd., Southlake, TX- she was worried about property values going 30 down, traffic, and safety of the children. 31 32 Jeff Hauser, 911 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- talked about the topography of Diamond Circle. He 33 felt additional traffic will cause more hazard. He was worried about water, mosquitoes and West Nile 34 Virus. He talked about traffic accidents on FM 1709. 35 36 Lori Jackson, 803 Pearl Drive, Southlake, TX- she was concerned about additional traffic. 37 38 Jim Unger, 919 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- he was concerned about additional traffic.
