2 the additional traffic. She did not want Calloway's at this location.

4 Pat Mannhart, 905 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- spoke in opposition. She was concerned about
5 traffic, increased insects, and chemicals. She also thought this location was not appropriate.

7 John Cusack, 917 Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX - spoke in opposition. He was concerned about
8 traffic.

10 Michael Spinozzi, 915 A Emerald Blvd., Southlake, TX- spoke in opposition. He felt this business
11 would cause safety hazards due to its nature.

14 this business doing the bulk of their business during the weekend when he and his neighbors are at
15 home. He didn't want the additional traffic and noise. He felt there would be safety issues since there
16 aren't any sidewalks or speed bumps to slow traffic down in his neighborhood.

19 felt there could be chemicals that would be hannful to pets and children.

25 letters from her neighborhood.

34 Virus. He talked about traffic accidents on FM 1709.
