4 speaking for some of his neighbors. He was asking for acceptable screening. Issues were safety,
5 security and privacy; property values; and misrepresentation by the developer.

7 John Rodriguez, 103 Vermilion Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition to the fencing and parking
8 lot. He was concerned about the safety of his children. He would like to have the masonry wall
9 instead of wrought iron.

11 Russell Gaszak, 111 Vermilion Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition to the fencing. He was also
12 concerned about safety and property values.

14 Gerald Anderson, 116 Vermilion Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. He also had an issue
15 with the proposed fencing.
