33 Ken Baker announced the meeting plans for Urban Design Study - the Commission agreed to a
34 meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2006; the City Council would like the Planning and Zoning
35 Commission to look at design guidelines for accessory buildings and storage pods (480-000) - the
36 work session for October 5, 2006 has been scheduled for 5:30 p.m. for discussion; the Texas
37 American Planning Association awarded the City of Southlake the Current Planning Award, the Tree
38 Preservation Ordinance Award, and the Community of the Year 2006. Ken invited the
39 Commissioners to Corpus Christi where the award will be presented at the Texas APA Conference.

:4 Council's review. This design would specify the frame and post design only.
25 • Property owners may only have their leasing information on an existing monument sign or
26 have the standard ground sign as established by the City but NOT on both.
27 • Logo height to be a maximum of 125% of the permitted letter height.
