5 concerns. She would like to see a retention pond.

10 property. Her drainage problems have gotten progressively worse.

3 Jeff Horn, 1145 Brittany Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. His property will have tree roads
4 adjacent to it if this development is approved. He was concerned about noise, light, and security.

6 Terry Horn, 1145 Brittany Court, Southlake, TX was concerned about trees. She stated the proposed
7 road had not changed enough. She was concerned about privacy and lights. She read an opposition
8 statement from her neighbors, the O'Connors.

10 Michelle Catino, 935 Brittany Court, Southlake, TX gave some history of the property. She stated
11 there was not supposed to be a road behind her property. She gave history of actions and statements
12 made by Commissioners when this item was last heard.

14 Robert Catino, 935 Brittany Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. He showed a video from
15 previous meeting showing statement made by Elizabeth McKraken, who was not present tonight. He
16 stated there was not a SPIN meeting. He asked for clarification of procedure.

18 David Lackey, 1040 Brittany Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. He stated there was not a
19 SPIN meeting. A major percentage of the adjacent property owners are opposed. The plan has not
20 changed.

22 Melanie Horn, 1301 Wakefield Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. She was surprised the
23 application came back.

25 Kerry Wheeler, 1140 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. She felt the applicant was
26 greedy.

29 sac being moved even closer to her property.

7 giving him suggestions about changes. She said he did not want to listen.

10 was not willing to work with the residents.

12 Jeff Horn, 1145 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX talked about the lot sizes. He felt the cul de sac was too
13 close. Eight lots were too many.

16 concerned about the balcony. He would like assurances that the site lines would allow appropriate
17 privacy.
