34 Planning Director Ken Baker announced May 11, 2006, 6:30 p.m. city wide meeting to present
35 the Sign Ordinance. He stated the City Council adopted the Tree Preservation Ordinance 585-C
36 on Tuesday, April 18, 2006. He explained the vested rights. He said due to previous conditions
37 and/or pending applications, it would be approximately 2 or 3 months before all submissions
38 would be subject to the new ordinance.

41 tonight's agenda, items 15 and 16 would be moved to the consent agenda to be tabled until May 4,

10 garages taking up more than 30% of the front fagade width. Noting the applicant agreed not to allow
11 banks, medical offices, or retail. Noting the applicant's willingness to come up with a landscape
12 concept plan for the primary entry median with both canopy and ornamental trees; and, noting the
13 applicant's willingness to design an appropriate masonry and landscaping fence along Continental
14 Boulevard.

9 property being a revision of Lots 4R2 & 4R3, J.G. Allen Survey No. 18 Addition; and Lots 6 & 7,
10 Drake Estates Addition, located at the northwest corner of W. Southlake Boulevard & Randol Mill
11 Avenue. The current zoning is "C-3" General Commercial District and "SF-IA" Single Family
12 Residential District. The proposed zoning is "S-P-2" Generalized Site Plan District. SPIN

35 temporary turn land on Randol Mill; provide a right in right out only on the southern driveway cut; to
36 provide unified amenities as presented. And, recommending a yield sign for the east bound FM 1709
37 to the southbound Davis Blvd. intersection.
