He talked about the SL 2025 and RC overlay. 27 28 Carrie Wheeler, 1140 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. She was concerned about the 29 proposed lot size and drainage. 30 31 Teri Horn, 1145 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. She stated her lot would be bordered 32 by three streets with the new development. 33 34 Bob Catino, 935 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. He had many concerns... 35 specifically drainage and adhering to the SL 2025 plan in keeping with the intent of RC. 36 37 Michele Catino, 935 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. She spoke on behalf of Lynn 38 O'Connor who couldn't be here tonight. She was concerned about drainage. 39 40 Melanie Horn, 1301 Wakefield Ct., Southlake, TX spoke in opposition due to existing flooding 41 problems. 42 43 Willis Kemp, 1065 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX stated his opposition. 44 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes on March 23, 2006. 3 I Bob Burckle, 1402 Laurel Lane, Southlake, TX answered questions from Commissioner Bledsoe 2 regarding the retention pond along Laurel Lane after the latest rain over the weekend. 3 4 Bob Catino, 935 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX spoke about the flooding of the retention pond along 5 Laurel Lane. 6 7 Carrie Wheeler, 1140 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX also spoke about the retention pond flooding. 8 9 Scott Mattheis, 955 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX also spoke about the retention pond problems. 10 11 Chairman Boutte closed the joint public hearing and asked for clarification from Director Baker 12 regarding the SL 2025 plan and the RC overlay. 13 14 Ken Baker talked about the Rural Conservation overlay designation and the Southlake 2025 Plan. 15 16 Chairman Boutte re-opened the joint public hearing. 17 18 Bob Catino, 935 Brittany Ct., Southlake, TX responded to Director Baker's statement. He had 19 additional questions regarding the meaning of the Rural Conservation overlay. 20 21 Chairman Boutte closed the joint public hearing and called for discussion. 22 23 Phil Chaffins returned to the podium to respond to the public hearing. 24 25 Rob Adams, Adams Engineering, responded to the drainage concerns. 26 27 Phil Chaffins answered additional questions. He discussed an option to do an R-PUD in an effort to 28 alleviate the road issue.
