3 • traffic on Continental;
4 • concern about changing the character of the town and neighborhood;
5 • questions about whether or not this fits T-2 / medium density;
6 • concern about impact on schools;
7 • questions that demographics of buyers would be empty nesters;
8 • sale price questioned;
9 • ability of HOA to maintain property;
10 • and, concern that Deer Hollow is a cut through that could get worse.
