1. Discussion of all items on tonight's meeting agenda.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the
posted subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will
be discussed in executive session.

5. Consent: ZA05-142, ZONING CHANGE AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR
CONTINENTAL GREENS being approximately 8.96 acres located at 2020
through 2300 W. Continental Blvd. The current zoning is "AG" Agricultural
District, "SF-30" Single Family Residential District, and "S-P-1" Detailed Site
Plan District. The requested zoning is "TZD" Transition Zoning District. SPIN

13. Consider: ZA05-173, PRELIMINARY PLAT for Tracts 4G, 4D1, & 4E1, O.W. Knight
Survey, Abstract No. 899. The property is approximately 19.3 acres located
approximately 340 feet west of the southwest corner of S. Carroll Avenue and East
Southlake Boulevard. The current zoning is "AG" Agricultural District. The
proposed zoning is "S-P-2" Generalized Site Plan District. SPIN Neighborhood
# 9e.
PUBLIC HEARING
14. Consider: ZA06-012, SPECIFIC USE PERMIT TO ALLOW A MASS GATHERING for the
Kelly Miller Circus. The circus will take place on property located on the southwest
corner of N. White Chapel Boulevard and State Highway 114. The current zoning is
"C-1" Neighborhood Commercial District and "AG" Agricultural District. SPIN
Neighborhood # 11.
