19 December 2, 2005; to include the following accessory uses: beauty salon, restaurant, limited
20 sundries, bank, and chapel services. Also, understanding that this will conform to the architectural
21 renderings as presented with the ratios of building materials as presented; and suggesting to the
22 applicant that he have streetscape renderings available for presentation to City Council. And,
23 recognizing the applicant has agreed to connect sewer to the adjacent Presbyterian Church property.
