SPIN Neighborhood # 10. The Owners are Mike and Eva Sandlin. The 6 Applicant is Hat Creek Development. 7 8 Kosse Maykus, Hat Creek Development, presented these items to the Commission and reviewed the 9 requested variance. 10 11 "Double fronted" or "through" residential lots are not permitted under the subdivision 12 regulations. Lot 16 created around the existing home is a double fronted lot. (Variance 13 Requested) 14 15 Acting Chairman Boutte opened the joint public hearing 16 17 Harold Annis, 490 Love Henry Court, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. He was concerned about 18 the trees and drainage. 19 20 Terry Shear, 620 Shady Oaks, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition. She was concerned about traffic. 21 22 James Lucas, 585 Shady Oaks, Southlake, TX stated he was concerned about construction traffic. 23 24 Beverly McDonald, 587 Shady Oaks, Southlake, TX spoke in opposition; she had several concerns. 25 26 Paul Bruden, 583 Shady Oaks, Southlake, TX had similar concerns.
