Sykes, M.D., 43 720 S. White Chapel, Southlake, TX, who had questions regarding Rural Conservation Subdivision 44 Land Use. Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Minutes on March 3, 2005 6 I Naomi Morrison Jones, 701 S. Peytonville, Southlake, TX stated her property was zoned SF-lA even 2 though the land use designation was medium density. She asked for clarification of what could 3 happen if the designation was changed to low density. 4 5 Michael Clay, 6565 N. Macarthur Blvd., #140, Irving, TX stated he represented Memo. He gave a 6 brief history of the property. He stated Memo did not want to be a part of Pumpco. He said he would 7 like the Memo site designated as industrial and not medium density residential. 8 9 John Doherty, 2309 Hollow Johnson Road, Colleyville, TX talked about the land use plan and what 10 he felt the public's expectations would be according to that plan. He talked about the history of 11 ownership at Memo and business activities. He stated the city purchased some of the property and 12 spoke about the assurances given by the city. 13 14 David Nicastro, 710 S. Kimball Ave., Southlake, TX talked about the Memo property. He felt his 15 property value may be in jeopardy. 16 17 Chairman Stansell read a registration card received from Marian Nicastro, 710 S. Kimball Ave., 18 Southlake, TX, who did not wish to speak but was opposed. 19 20 Naomi Cornelius, 702 Manchester Court, Southlake, TX spoke in support of the Land Use Plan for 21 the property that abuts Cambridge Place. 22 23 Chairman Stansell closed the public hearing and called for discussion. 24 25 Motion was made to approve Resolution 05-006 as submitted with the following recommendations: 26 27 1. Recommended the Public/Semi-Public land use designation on the city owned property on 28 Crooked Lane (Texas School of Baseball site). 29 2. Recommended a change in the land use designation from Medium Density Residential to 30 Low Density Residential on properties from the 400 - 700 block along the western edge of 31 South White Chapel Blvd. 32 3.
