CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Planning and Zoning Commission and
will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Commission
member or citizen so requests, in which event, the item will be removed from the general order of
business and considered in its normal sequence.
6. Consent: ZA03-094, SITE PLAN FOR BLUE HAVEN POOLS on property located at 1621
E. Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709); on the southwest corner of E. Southlake
Boulevard and Miron Drive. Current Zoning: "C-2" Local Retail Commercial
District. Requested Zoning: "S-P-1" Detailed Site Plan District with "C-2" Local
Retail Commercial District uses. SPIN Neighborhood # 8.
Staff is tabling this item until March 18, 2004, to allow for re-notification as a
zoning change and site plan.
7. Consent: ZA04-011, PLAT REVISION FOR GATEWAY PLAZA PHASE II on property
located on the northeast corner of E. Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709) and N.
Nolen Drive. Current Zoning: "S-P-2" General Site Plan District. SPIN
Neighborhood # 7.
