31 AGENDA ITEM # 3 ADMINISTRATIVE COMMENTS:
32 Bruce Payne announced John Terrell's resignation. He stated the Planning and Zoning Commission
33 would elect a new chair at the next meeting. He gave the progress on MTP updates. The Applicant
34 for ZA03-085 has requested to table his item and it has been moved to the Consent Agenda. The city
35 experienced problems with the postal service and the mailing of SPIN meeting invitations for case
36 ZA03-091. The Southlake 2025 Plan and Sign Ordinance workshops will continue to be scheduled
37 following regular meetings unless the agendas get too heavy; at that point the meetings will be held
38 on off meeting weeks.

3 access. The applicant is proposing a driveway on Crooked Lane.

7 Gary Cantrell, 3400 Glade Road, Colleyville (Latigo Property) stated he sold the property to the
8 applicant. He is opposed to the kennel. He owns some of the surrounding property and has plans
9 to put a dentist's office on one of them. He doesn't feel a kennel is the best use for this property.
10 He is also concerned about the future expansion that may happen. He also stated the noise would
11 likely be over 100 decibels; and he would be compelled to call code enforcement with the
12 violation.

34 high density. She is concerned about traffic on Dove. She stated that precedent was not supposed
35 to be set by Estes Park Phase I.

37 Lee Dodson, 1020 Carroll Meadows, Southlake spoke in opposition to the high density and
38 precedent issue.

40 Alan Hochstein, 906 Quail Creek Ct., Southlake spoke in opposition because this proposal goes
41 against the master plan for one acre lots.

2 density and precedent. He brought up Newland Communities likely plan for houses.

22 drainage plan. Koss continued with his response. He discussed plans for Primrose Lane.

5 Primrose to conclude with appropriate parties.
