EXECUTIVE SESSION: If a need arises to seek the advice from the City Attorney as to the posted
subject matter of this Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the issues or matters will be
discussed in executive session.

Chapel Boulevard approximately 1,400' south of Bob Jones Road. Current

being 8.023 acres. Location: On the south side of East Southlake Boulevard (FM
1709) approximated 410' east of the proposed Byron Nelson Parkway. Current
Zoning: "SF-IA" Single Family Residential District. Requested Zoning: "O-1"
Office District. SPIN Neighborhood # 9e.
