The meeting was called to order by Chairman Wright at 7:30 p.m. Agenda Item #2, Approval of Minutes Motion was made to approve the Minutes of the April 8, 1993, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. Mr. Elgin presented the outline to the Commission and asked Mhatt meeting rm him of any comments that they may have before May 6 Commissioner Richarme informed the Commission that American Planning Association is presenting a workshop on July 19, 1993 for Planning and Zoning Commissioners and encouraged them to attend. Community Director Greg Last commented that he has budgeted monies for seminars, etc. that the Planning and Zoning Commission may want to attend. Ms. Gandy also commented that the entry feature had changed with this submittal and deviated from the approved preliminary plat. Community Development Director Greg Last informed the Commission that Item No. 15 on the plat review summary concerning bsub ta lvo f corrected preliminary utility and drainage plans and could to be deleted. Community Development Director Greg Last explained his concerns to the Commission as to whether there had been a significant change in the entry street from what was approved via public hearing on the preliminary plat. This will ensure adequate easements and finish floor elevations. * The Developer's Agreement for this addition should consider drainage, park dedication requirements, off -site sewer extensions, and off -site grade -to -drain permission. * Original signatures will be required on each blackline mylar prior to filing the plat. Also required are two sets of owner's dedications and notaries (8.5" x 11" or 14" paper) with original signatures and seals on each. * The applicant should be aware that any revisions made prior to City Council must be received at the City by April 26 , 1993.
