1. Due to recent changes in Tarrant County filing procedures,
please remove the legal description, owner's dedication, owners
notary and surveyors certification from the plat and provide
them on 8 1/2" x 11" paper.
2. Make sure all signature approvals reflect a 1992 date.
3. Label the deed record on the tract to the north.
4. Provide a 10' U.E. centered on the existing powerline crossing
the tract. Tie down both ends of the easement to property
corners.
5. Label all property corners as found or set with sizes shown.
6. For clarity, provide an additional label on the easement at
the west end of the property.
7. The requested SF1 zoning requires a 40' building line. The
subdivision ordinance requires that a corner lot provide this
setback on both streets.
8. Provide the following note on the plat: "The owners of all
corner lots shall maintain sight triangles in accordance with
the city subdivision ordinance.
* Original signatures will be required on each of the blackline
mylars prior to filing the plat.
* The applicant should be aware that any revisions made prior to
City Council must be received at the City by 1/13/92 All
revised submittals must be folded 6" x 9" and include an 8.5" x
11" revised reduction.

* The Council previously (1/19/88) approved their revised
