CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Southlake Parks and
Recreation Board and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate
discussion of items unless a Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the
item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal
sequence.
3. Consent
A. Approval of the minutes from the January 14, 2008 regular Parks and
Recreation Board meeting.
B. Absence of Parks and Recreation Board Members.
C. Recommend approval of SPDC Matching Funds request in the amount of
$2,500 from the Southlake Historical Society for the addition of a back
porch on the log cabin.

A. Reallocation of SPDC CIP funds in the amount of $11,990 for the
construction of an outdoor fireplace at the Bob Jones Nature Center.
