CONSENT AGENDA:
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board

Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general
order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

A. Approval of the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board meeting minutes of April
10, 2006.

A. Absence of Parks and Recreation Board Member(s) - Standing Item
B. Recommend authorization for the Southlake Department of Public Safety to
install Alert AM Radio Station Antenna in Bicentennial Park.
C. Recommendation to City Council to execute a sanitary sewer easement on park
property for Oak Point Development.
D. Recommendation for approval to renew a lease agreement for grazing on
undeveloped property (17.373 acres) in Bicentennial Park.
E. Recommendation for approval to renew a lease agreement for property located at
315 and 379 Shady Oaks Drive.
F. Recommendation for approval of Bob Jones Nature Center Conceptual Plan.
