A. Recommendation to expend Park Dedication Fees funds for improvements to the
Bicentennial Park entry road off of White Chapel for an amount estimated at
$55,000.
B. Application for Texas Parks and Wildlife (TPWD) Recreation Fund grant.
C. Recommendation of park dedication requirements for the Oak Pointe residential
development.
