Consent: A. Approval of the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board meeting minutes of March 11, 2002. REGULAR AGENDA: 4. Public Forum A. Liberty Garden Presentation 5. Consider: A. Recommendation of park dedication requirement for Lot 1, Block 1, Gateway Church Addition (13.675 acres). B. Recommendation of proposed revisions to General Operating Policies and Scheduling for tennis courts, including the Southlake Tennis Center. C.
