and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a
Board member or citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general
order of business and considered in its normal sequence.

A. Approval of the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board meeting minutes of
December 10, 2001.
B. Approval of the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board meeting minutes of
January 14, 2002.
C. Recommendation of park dedication requirements for proposed Lots 1-8, Shyim-
Hari Estates.
D. Matching funds request from the Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association for
soccer goals for Bob Jones Park.
E. Recommendation to approve lease agreement with Marilyn Tucker for use of 61
acres of parkland and house at Bob Jones Park.
