Consent: A. Approval of the Southlake Parks and Recreation Board meeting minutes of February 12, 2001 and Parks and Recreation Board Retreat minutes of February 16, 2001. B. SPDC matching grand funds request from Grapevine-Southlake Soccer Association (GSSA) for soccer goals at Bob Jones Park. C. Approval of shade structure designs for baseball fields at Bicentennial Park. D. Recommendation of park dedication requirements for a portion of Lot 5R1, Parker's Corner and Tracts 2A3, and 7A, Jessie G. Allen Survey, Abstract 18, (Sonic) being 2.959 acres located on the west side of Davis Boulevard (FM 1938) approximately 350' south of West Southlake Boulevard (FM 1709). E. Recommendation of park dedication requirements for Tracts 3A, 3A1B, 3A2, 3E, 3E1, and a portion of Tract 3A1C, Littleberry G. Hall Survey, Parks and Recreation Board Meeting March 19, 2001 Page 2 of 3 Abstract 686, (High Point), involving 14.654 acres located on the west side of Shady Oaks across from Love Henry Court. F. Request execution of Texas Parks and Wildlife grant on behalf of Southlake Equestrian Association (SEA) for equestrian trail improvements, and reauthorization of $10,000 SPDC matching grant funding.
