Call to Order. 2. Approval of Minutes of the September 28, 2000, Airport Board of Adjustment Meeting. 3. Administrative Comments. 4. Consider: Case ABA-001, Variance to Ordinance No. 479, Table A, which requires a noise level reduction of thirty-five (35) decibels in the "CS" Community Service District. The applicant is requesting a variance of thirty-five (35) decibels to allow the construction of buildings without additional requirements for noise attenuation. Location: 1085 South Kimball Avenue, being legally described as Tracts 113 and 3, situated in the C. B. McDonald Survey, Abstract No. 1013, and being approximately 42.424 acres. Current zoning is "S-P-1" Detailed Site Plan District with "CS" Community Service District uses including transportation facility and stadium. Owner/applicant is Carroll Independent School District. The minutes of the September 28, 2000 meeting were deemed approved by the Chair as presented. Ms. Gandy, Sr. Planner reported an E-mail had been received from Karen Robertson, stating DFW Airport has no objections to waiving the sound attenuation for the stadium project.
