Plan for an approximately 1,306 square foot patio dining area addition in the

DETAILS:
Blake Architects, on behalf of James Aubuchon, is requesting approval of a
1,306 patio dining area in front of a proposed lease space between the existing
building and Southlake Boulevard (F.M. 1709) within Gateway Plaza for a
restaurant named Mellow Mushroom Pizza. The patio materials will match the
existing building where the applicant is proposing to be located and consist of
stone veneer, stucco for the support columns and a barrel tile roof.
