Mayor's Report. 4. City Manager's Report. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Council member or citizen so request, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business and considered in its normal sequence. 5. Consider: Resolution 90 -08. Authorizing the Mayor to enter into a Contract with the Tarrant County District Attorney's Office in regards to Forfeitures and Seizures. 6. Consider: Resolution 90 -09. In support of Toyoma, Japan as a Sister City. 7. Consider: Resolution 90 -05. Calling two public hearings in regards to initiating annexation on certain properties within the exterritorial jurisdiction of Southlake. 8. Consider: Resolution 90 -07. Calling the General Election for May 5, 1990. 9. Consider: Resolution 90 -11. Authorizing the Mayor to execute the necessary deeds and other instruments conveying the requested right -of -way frontage along East Southlake Blvd., to the State of Texas. REGULAR AGENDA 10. Consider: Ordinance No. 480 -12, 2nd reading. (ZA 89 -75). Zoning request for a 1.33 acre tract of land out of the Thomas Easter Survey, Abstract No. 458, Tract 2C and 2D. Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public.
