Discussion of all items on tonight's Regular Council Meeting agenda. REGULAR SESSION: 7:30 P.M. 1. Call to order. Invocation. 2. Approval of the Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting held on May 21, 1991 and the Special City Council Meeting held on May 29, 1991 (Official Canvass of Runoff Election). 3. Mayor's Report. A. CONSENT AGENDA All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Council member or citizen so request, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business, and considered in its normal sequence. 5. Consider: A. Award of bid for sanitary sewer to City Hall. B. Request permission to advertise for bids for package lift station at Bicentennial Park. C. Contract with Cheatham and Associates for water line improvements. D. Current zoning is "AG" Agricultural, with a request for S -P -1 Detailed Site Plan District. The applicant proposes using the property and existing structures for a large animal veterinarian clinic. The location of the request is at the Southeast corner of Davis Blvd. (FM 1938) and Greenbriar Drive, being legally described as Block C, Lot 1, North Davis Business Park. The owner of the property is Clarence Kidd, and the applicant is Ron Jenkins, dba Allied International Tile and Floor Covering. I. ZA 91 -07, Revised Preliminary Plat of SouthRidge Lakes Addition. This plat encompasses 148.426 acres out of the A.A. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 522, the T.M. Hood Survey, Abstract No. 706 and the L.G. Hall Survey, Abstract No. 686. Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public. If personnel issues or litigation issues arise as to the posted subject matter of this City Council Meeting, an executive session will be held. SLL 5/17/91
