Meeting held on May 21, 1991 and the Special City Council
Meeting held on May 29, 1991 (Official Canvass of Runoff
Election).

Service.

CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City
Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of items unless a Council member or citizen so
request, in which event the item will be removed from the general
order of business, and considered in its normal sequence.

A. Award of bid for sanitary sewer to City Hall.
B. Request permission to advertise for bids for
package lift station at Bicentennial Park.
C. Contract with Cheatham and Associates for water line
improvements.
D. Resolution 91 -29, Vacating a utility easement in Lot
1R, Block B, Bank Place, and authorizing staff to
take appropriate actions to facilitate the
abandonment.

A zoning change request for 4.00 acres out of the
J.G. Allen Survey, Abstract No. 18, Tracts 5C2 and
5C3. Current zoning is "AG" Agricultural, with a
request for S -P -1 Detailed Site Plan District. The
applicant proposes using the property and existing
structures for a large animal veterinarian clinic.

B. Ordinance No. 480 -45, 2nd reading (ZA 91 -22)
A zoning change request for 1.0 acres out of the

Location: east side of Shady Oaks Drive North of
Southlake Estates (Love Henry Court), South of
Vorhis residence at 583 Shady Oaks Drive. Current

Blvd., more commonly known as 375 West Northwest

Trail Creek Estates. Location: Between Trail Creek
Addition and Cross Timber hills Addition on the West
side of North Peytonville Avenue. Current zoning is
"AG" Agricultural and "SF -1A" Single Family
Residential and original requested zoning of SF -1A.
Amended request to be 1.728 acres of Agricultural
only to be zoned to SF -1A (excluding any portion
of Lot 13R, Trail Creek Addition). Owner: Arthur R.

74.3379 acres out of the John Bailey Survey,
Abstract No. 97, and R.J. Paden Survey, Abstract No.
1255. Location: South side of FM 1709 across from,
SouthRidge Lakes and Ginger Creek Estates. Current
zoning is PUD (Planned Unit Development, Residential
Uses). Developer proposes 154 residential lots with
two common areas. Owner /Applicant: Southlake
Properties Joint Venture.

H. ZA 91 -19, a request for Site Plan approval for a
building permit. The property is zoned "I -1 ", Light
Industrial. The location of the request is at the
Southeast corner of Davis Blvd. (FM 1938) and
Greenbriar Drive, being legally described as Block C,
Lot 1, North Davis Business Park. The owner of the
property is Clarence Kidd, and the applicant is Ron
Jenkins, dba Allied International Tile and Floor
Covering.
I. ZA 91 -07, Revised Preliminary Plat of SouthRidge
Lakes Addition. This plat encompasses 148.426 acres
out of the A.A. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 522,
the T.M. Hood Survey, Abstract No. 706 and the

evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of
public officers or employees, including the City Manager, City
Secretary, City Attorney, and City Boards and Commission Members.

After discussion of any or all of the above, in executive session,
any final action or vote taken will be in public by the City
Council.

The City Council may consider pending and contemplated litigation

Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may
arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City
Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from
the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated
litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending
and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any
final action, or vote taken, will be in public.
If personnel issues or litigation issues arise as to the posted
subject matter of this City Council Meeting, an executive session
will be held.
