Clancy, 1016 Alamo Drive, Southlake, Texas, Submitted a 101 Notification Response Form stating Undecided. 102 103 The owner John Whitaker, 1015 Mission Drive, Southlake, Texas; once sworn in, presented 104 items to and answered questions from the Board. 105 106 Acting Chairman Fairchild opened the public hearing at 7:15 p.m. 107 108 Kim Clancy 1016 Alamo Drive, Southlake, Texas, once sworn in, stated that her concern was 109 that the trees that would have to be removed and asked what the material would look like and if 110 it would match the original structure. 111 112 Dominick Cassetta, 503 Alamo Court, Southlake, Texas, once sworn in, was concerned about 113 the impact on drainage that the structure would have on the surrounding homes. 114 115 Judy Micklow, 913 San Saba Drive, Southlake, Texas, once sworn in, stated that the Whitaker's 116 home was one of the smaller homes in the neighborhood was also concerned about the loss of 117 trees and the impact the structure would have on drainage in the neighborhood. 118 119 Acting Chairman Fairchild closed the public hearing and called the owner John Whitaker back to 120 the podium to address concerns of the neighbors. Mr. Whitaker, still sworn in, stated that the 121 drainage problems are there now and he, with the help of his contractor, are putting a drainage 122 plan in play with the construction of the addition.
