The following subjects may be discussed: 1. West Beach Addition. 2. Murawski Lawsuit, 1992. 3. Garrett Lawsuit, 1984. 4. Ken Smith Claim, July 1991. 5. Rennhack Lawsuit, 1992 6. James Phipps Lawsuit, 1992 7. Keller /Southlake and Fort Worth /Southlake Water Agreements. Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may 000 arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public. LAND ACQUISITION- Section 2(f) The City Council may consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property. After discussion of land acquisitions in executive session, an final action, or vote taken, will be in public.
