CONSENT AGENDA
All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City
Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no
separate discussion of items unless a Council member or citizen so
request, in which event the item will be removed from the general
order of business, and considered in its normal sequence.

A. Ordinance No. 480 -E, 2nd reading. Amending the Zoning
Ordinance No. 480, Section 30, Planned Unit Development
(PUD), and Section 42, revisions to Bufferyards.
Public Hearing.
8. Consider: Ordinances, 1st reading and related items.
A. Ordinance No. 480 -67, 1st reading (ZA 92 -08). Zoning
change request and concept plan approval for 5.43 acres
out of the John A. Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 529, and
legally described as portions of Lot 1, Miron Addition
and Lot 2B of the Gorbutt Addition. Current zoning is
"C -2" Commercial - 2 zoning district, with a request for
"S -P - 2" Generalized Site Plan District with certain "B -2"
uses which are listed on the plan. Location: South of
the property at 1675 E. Southlake Blvd. Owner: Robert
W. Miron.
B. Ordinance No. 480 -68, 1st reading (ZA 92 -10), Zoning
change request for Block A, Lots 1,2, and 3, Kidwell
Addition being 20.8146 acres in the R.D. Price Survey,
Abstract No. 1207. Current zoning is "RE"
Residential Estates (Lots 1 & 3); "SF -1A" Single Family - 1A
Residential (Lot 2), with a request for "SF -1A" Single
Family - 1A Residential for Lots 1,2, & 3. Location: West
side of Ridgecrest Drive at Woodland Drive and South side
of Briar Lane. Owners: Stephen C. Kidwell and William
D. Kaizer.
C. ZA 92 -11, Plat Revision of Kidwell Addition, being legally
described as Block A, Lots 1,2, & 3, Kidwell Addition and
having 20.8146 acres out of the R.D. Price Survey,
Abstract No. 1207, and being revised to Block A, Lots 1R,
2R, 3R, 4, and 5 Kidwell Addition. Location: West side

D. ZA 92 -09. Revised Site Plan approval for Building Permit
for the construction of a fire pump house and ancillary
canopy loading fire /foam protection system on property

Survey, Abstract No. 1013. Current zoning is "I -2"
Heavy Industrial with a Specific Use Permit for Petroleum
Operations. A request for a variance to the masonry

Section 9.01.A, to permit limited access to an arterial
street from Lot 5, Block 3, Continental Park Estates.

D. Northeast Tarrant County Arts Council Summer Program.
E. Award of Bid for Fire Bay.

A. Proposed revisions to Ordinance No. 480 to allow

EXECUTIVE SESSION
PENDING LITIGATION- Section 2(e)
The City Council may consider pending and contemplated litigation
subjects. The following subjects may be discussed:
1. Essig Claim, February 1991.
2. West Beach Addition.
3. Murawski Claim.
4. Garrett Lawsuit, 1984.
5. Ken Smith Claim, July 1991.
Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may
arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City
Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from
the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated
litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending
and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any
final action, or vote taken, will be in public.
LAND ACQUISITION- Section 2(f)
The City Council may consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or
sale of real property.
After discussion of land acquisitions in executive session, any
final action, or vote taken, will be in public.
PERSONNEL- Section 2(q)
The City Council may consider the appointment, employment,
evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of
public officers or employees, including the City manager, City
Secretary, City Attorney, and City Board and Commission Members. A
complete list of the City Boards and Commissions are on file in the
City Secretary's Office.
DEPLOYMENT OF SECURITY PERSONNEL- Section 2 (1)
Regarding the deployment or specific occasions for implementation,
of security personnel or devices.
After discussion of any or all of the above, in executive session,
any final action or vote taken will be in public by the City
Council.
If personnel issues or litigation issues arise as to the posted
subject matter of this City Council meeting, an executive session
will be held.
