CONSENT AGENDA All items listed below are considered to be routine by the City Council and will be enacted with one motion. There will be no separate discussion of items unless a Councilmember or Citizen so requests, in which event the item will be removed from the general order of business, and considered in its normal sequence. 5. Permission to advertise for water system improvements; 12" water line serving high pressure plane, 8" water line in South Peytonville, 12" water line in Continental Blvd., installation of pumps at North Beach Street (Alta Vista), and the Pearson pumping stations. B. Authorizing the Mayor to execute an Off -Site permanent drainage and temporary construction easement for Stanhope Addition. C. Authorizing the Mayor to execute a temporary access easement for Oakwood Estates. D. Authorizing the Mayor to execute a ermanent utility Y easement for Oakwood Estates. Legend Custom Homes, 1993 Litigation is, by nature, an on -going process, and questions may arise as to trial tactics which need to be explained to the City Council. Upon occasion, the City Council may need information from 1: the City Attorney as to the status of the pending or contemplated litigation subjects set out above. After discussion of the pending and contemplated litigation subjects, in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in executive session. LAND ACOUISITION- SECTION 551.072 The City Council may consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property. rw After discussion of land acquisitions in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in public. PERSONNEL- SECTION 551.074 The City Council may consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public officers or employees, including the City Manager, City Secretary, City Attorney, and City Board and Commission Members. A complete list of the City Boards and Commissions are on file in the City Secretary's Office. DEPLOYMENT OF SECURITY PERSONNEL- SECTION 551.076 Regarding the deployment or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices. After discussion, of any or all of the above, in executive session, any final action or vote taken will be in public by the City Council.
