(Glenn Beck related business). It is our understanding that the Property is currently zoned CS and the planned primary uses would not be conforming use in this district. Looking for feedback and recommendations on the best method to apply and complete approval process for uses below. FYI: Timing will be critical component to final decision on this location and city approval of use is a contingencies for moving forward. PRIMARY USE: • Radio /television/internet broadcasting and production studios Administrative /tech/back office and business functions • Live audience will be a component of some but not all daily, weekly, and scheduled broadcasting and production calendar of events. ADDITIONALUSES COULD INCLUDE: • Special events including concerts, lectures and speeches, film screenings, receptions, etc. • Client /advertiser meetings • Charitable gatherings and banquets • e- Commerce businesses (related to affiliated business) • On -site sales of merchandise, subscriptions, and gift shop type items • Multi -day conferences Let us know if you have any questions on the uses outlined above. Also, the property is under contractor with a not - for - profit organization but the Tenant is a for profit group.
