Development Details
• Summit Stone and N- lasonry, LLC is proposing to construct an approximately 30' x 30'
pergola structure over the existing patio area adjacent to the Stone Lakes swimming
pool.
QUESTIONS / CONCERNS
• What's the timing of the project?
1 If approved, we hope to get started in December while the pool is closed. The
pool is closed from October 1" to May 1st
