Site /Concept Plan for Cornerstone Business Park under Planning Case ZA11 -027

Applicant: Construction Management Advisors
Request: Zoning Change and Site Plan from "I -1" Light
Industrial District to "S -P -1" Detailed Site Plan
District to add forty one (41) parking spaces,
increasing the impervious coverage to 83.1 %.
Location: 555 S. Nolen Dr.
Texas Development Services is requesting approval of this zoning change and site concept
plan from "SP2" General Site Plan Zoning District to "SP2" General Site Plan Zoning District
in order to provide an addition of 15 parking spaces for the Cornerstone Business Park on
Lot 2R1R and reconfigure the drive aisles so Lot 1R can be independent of the shared
parking throughout the rest of the Cornerstone Business Park located on S. Nolen Drive at
the addresses listed on the slide.
The existing zoning is "SP2" Generalized Site Plan Zoning District.
