The property is located at 1581 Randol Mill Avenuewhich is completely surrounded by
the Westwyck Hills subdivision.
Development Details
Westwyck Hills Ltd,is requesting approval of a zoning change and developmentplan
from SF-1A Single Family Residential District to R-PUD Residential Planned Unit
Development District on approximately 3.275 acres for the development of 3 residential
lots that will take access onto Fanning Street on property described as Lot 3R, J.
Childress No. 253 Addition, an addition to the City of Southlake, Tarrant County, Texas.

Are home sizes going to be the same?
Yes, it will be the same as Westwyck Hills PUD

It looks like it may be by the end of Januray.

No, access will be from Fanning Street.
