SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
JANUARY 23, 1995
MINUTES
COUNCILMEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Gary Fickes; Mayor Pro Tem Jerry Farrier.
Members: Andy Wambsganss and W. Ralph Evans.
COUNCILMEMBERS ABSENT: Councilmembers Jon Michael Franks and Michael Richarme
arrived as the meeting was ending. Absent: Stephen Apple.
STAFF PRESENT: Curtis Hawk, City Manager; Assistant City Manager, Shana Yelverton;
Director of Finance, LouAnn Heath; and, Sandra L. LeGrand, City Secretary.
The Special City Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 p.m. by Mayor Fickes. It was
noted the reason for the meeting is to canvass the results of the Special Election held on January
21, 1995.
Agenda Item #2. Resolution No. 95 -02, Canvassing the Returns of the Election.
Resolution No. 95 -02, canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the Special Election
held on January 21, 1995, for Charter Amendments, was approved after it was read by Mayor
Fickes. A copy of the results is hereby attached to the minutes.

Second: Evans
Ayes: Farrier, Evans, Wambsganss, Fickes
Nays: None
Approved: 4 -0 vote
Mayor Fickes noted the presence of the Election Judge, Aloha
Payne, and thanked her for a job well done.

The special meeting was adjourned by Mayor Fickes at 6:05 p.m.
