An appropriate change of zoning on the proposed Lot 2, which is the lot south of the portion of Zena Rucker Road that is to be completed with the Tower Plaza project, must be approved prior to approval of a final plat for Lot 2. The lot as shown does not comply with the ten acre minimum lot area that is required in the "AG" Agricultural zoning district.
