The original plat done in 1997 was for two lots... you can see the dashed line down the center that is labeled old lot line. -A zoning change (ZA96 -159) from "AG" Agricultural District to "I -1" Light Industrial District was approved May 20, 1997. -A final plat (ZA97 -114) for Cornerstone Business Park was approved September 4, 1997 and filed February 3, 1998. -A site plan (ZA03 -079) for an office /industrial building on Lot 1, Block 2, Cornerstone Business Park was approved July 16, 2002. -A permit for the existing 15,926 square foot building was issued April 15, 2004. -An amended plat (ZA06 -165) for Lot 1R, Block 2, Cornerstone Business Park was approved November 21, 2006 and filed January 9, 2007. ALALL.� - " r " � I j • •fli r BLVD r � t r � Here is an aerial view showing the approximate location of the proposed lot boundary. No trees will be affected by the proposed plat revision. The street is identified as Local Street Commercial which requires 100' distance between driveways, centerline to centerline. Also, there is an existing 5' sidewalk along Silicon Drive. If the property is replatted, five - foot sidewalks will be required along S. Nolen Drive and Exchange Blvd. with any new development to be installed at the time of construction. No sidewalk currently exists along Exchange in front of the existing building. The site plan was approved in 2003, prior to the new requirement for sidewalks.
