LAND ACQUISITION- SECTION 551.072 The City Council may consider the purchase, exchange, lease, or sale of real property. After discussion of land acquisitions in executive session, any final action, or vote taken, will be in open session. PERSONNEL - SECTION 551.074 The City Council may consider the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of public officers or employees, including the City Manager, City Secretary, City Attorney, and City Board and Commission Members. DEPLOYMENT OF SECURITY PERSONNEL - SECTION 551.076 Regarding the deployment or specific occasions for implementation of security personnel or devices.
