Church arrived. Lou is concerned that residential sales along this road are not desired. Traffic
concerns and Kimball being widened are an issue. Ken said they conducted a "detailed sector
plan" for the Rucker property plans and could take the request to council for a similar process
for the North Kimball area if Lou has property owners that show interest.
Wendi Carlucci asked about the Peytonville sidewalk plan. Ken said cost is very high due to
surrounding development, needed right of way. A timeline has not been set. Wendi also
asked about some directional boring under trees; Ken will find out what they are doing and
ensure they are following tree preservation where possible.
David Baltimore asked about oil and gas drilling by neighbor cities. Ken said they are in
contact with them and notify Southlake residents. Drilling companies will have to enter into
road repair agreements. We can't enforce our restrictions, but we do express our concerns,
and there is talk of a formal process and agreement.
