Amend the FY 2012 Utility Fund CIP budget to include $157,000 for N. Kimball Avenue Reconstruction Project
The contract with Ed Bell Construction Company was awarded by the City Council on November 2, 2010
Change Order No. 1 for additional gate valves, water services and permanent fencing was previously approved by the City Manager in September, 2011
