Carroll High School Senior Erin Anderson and Municipal Court Judge Brad Bradley presented the Drug and Alcohol Abuse Program 2. Rick Wilhelm, JUC chairman, discussed joint use facilities and other joint programs 3. City Manager Curtis Hawk, Director of Finance Lou Ann Heath, and Financial Advisor with First Southwest Jim Sabonis, discussed Tax Increment Financing 4. Citizens /Business Surveys - presentation by Jim Glass Executive Session: City Attorney Wayne Olson arrived at 10:00 a.m. Mayor Stacy made announcement about going into executive Session.
