Tarrant County, Texas, and being a part of that tract of
land described in Volume 7204, Page 841, Deed Records of
Tarrant County, Texas.
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod set which bears S. 89° 55' 02"
E. a of 208.49 feet from a 5/8" iron rod found at
the eouthWest corner of said Lot 1 for the southwest corner
of this tract.
THENCE N. 3° 33' 24" E. a distance of 130.67 feet to a P.K.
nail set at the beginning of a curve to the left for a
corner of this tract.
THENCE in :a northwesterly direction along said curve with as
