They have replaced the gray paint color with a more earth -tone beige or tan. They have also added color to the building by providing red and blue fabric awnings. The remaining ties to the Ethan Allen building will be the gray awning fabric and the lighter beige paint. The stone end caps also wrap around to the rear fagade. Additionally, slight recesses or insets were created where you see the lighter color beige to add some building articulation. 0411 AUGUST SIDE ELEVATIONS EAST ELEVATION 05 WEST ELEVATION 06 -44000FEMMI, -IMF, EAST ELEVATION 05 WEST ELEVATION 06 SEPTEMBER6 SIDE ELEVATIONS Stone 26% 60% Stone 38% 65% Stucco 74% 40% Stucco 62% 35% The biggest revision the side elevations is the end caps on the rear of the building changing from mostly stucco to all stone. Those end caps were also increased in height to create some additional articulation. As I mentioned earlier, landscaping was added as well to help soften the sides of the building. 21 This is the tree conservation plan presented at the August 2 City Council meeting. With the proposed site plan revision, the tree conservation plan is not affected. They still intend to preserve a cluster of existing trees in the north bufferyard and a large tree on the southwest corner of the property.
