State Highway 114, said point being the southeast corner of said 3.64 acre tract and the southwest corner of a tract of land conveyed to Onsom, LLC by the deed recorded under Instrument No. D207141800, DRTCT; THENCE North 51 degrees 36 minutes 53 seconds West, along the common line between said 3.64 acre tract and E.
