• Required for widening of North Kimball Avenue

The property owner has agreed to the offer of $240,000.00, which is within the
previously authorized City Council variance of the appraised value for the right of
way and easement. The property owner further agrees to remove the existing
structures from the right of way and easement within 120 days of closing with the
title company.
