Meeting
■ Property Owner Requested 8-ft high masonry wall along north
property line. Property owner can pay 50% of the cost
difference between masonry column/wood fence and the full
masonry fence. This would reduce the compensation by
$16,150 for a cash settlement of $94,565.00
■ The City agreed to waive sewer/permitting fees
■ The City agreed to waive rezoning and replatting fees
The total compensation is within the City Council authorized
variance
