There are no costs to cure the property (replacement costs) included in the appraisal.
The fencing, gate and mailbox will be replaced or relocated, as needed as part of the construction of the Kimball Avenue Improvement project and are included in the construction
contract.
The property owner does not wish to accept the offer and has declined to provide an independent appraisal to support a counter offer.
The property owner has asked staff to allow the City Council to provide guidance on the property acquisition.
