Due to current road construction along Kimball Avenue, the existing entry monument and screening wall for Cotswold Valley subdivision will eventually be removed and a new screening wall and entry monument will be built upon completion. The proposed sign will allow the applicant to continue marketing their residential development during the road improvement process.
