Kimball Avenue, north of Highland Street
• 0.081 acre (3,519 sf) permanent utility, drainage and
wall easement along North Kimball Avenue, adjacent
to the right of way being acquired
• 0.081 acre (3,519 sf) temporary construction
easement along North Kimball Avenue, adjacent to
the easement being acquired
