— Current 25 -year lease for 218 acres to be
replaced with new lease
— New lease will add 230 additional acres for
total 448 acres designated as Recreation Area
— Original Lease Term: January 20, 1998 —
January 19, 2023
— New Lease Term: August 1, 2011 -July 31, 2036
— Financial Impact:
• One -time administrative fee of $475
• Long term maintenance dollars will be budgeted as
the BJNCP Master Plan is implemented.
